Time for Physicals!!!!

This year they will be done during school hours!!! You won't have to come in on your summer break!
STEP 1: Sign-up using this google form. https://forms.gle/YzgJKhENDpALNkUL6
STEP 2: Go to the athletic office/HS office and get a physical packet.
STEP 3: Take it home for mom/dad/guardian to fill out.
STEP 4: Bring it back to Mrs. Striegel.

Physicals will be May 21 and May 22.
